Fancy a Martini with all of the taste of chocolate but none of the cloying creaminess? Of course you do, it’s Easter. Try this recipe, made with Stoli Chocolat Razberi and hazelnut liqueur. If you want even more chocolatey goodness, just add one of your Easter chocs on the side
Stoli Chocolat Razberi Layer Cake Martini
50ml Stoli Chocolat Razberi
25ml hazelnut liqueur
20ml lemon juice
Method:
Place a few ice cubes in tumbler, pour over the Stoli Chocolat Razberi, the hazelnut liqueur and top up with fresh lemon juice. Stir and serve in a Martini glass garnished with a raspberry (or a chocolate).
