Good news, bad news. Let’s start with the good stuff… After eight years since they last worked together, Alex Kratena and Simone Caporale have brought the band back together. Yep, you heard right: the award-winning duo are combining forces again which means equal parts creativity, style and fun.
So what are they coming with? If you know anything about these two, you’ll know that they do practicality in a delicious, very tongue in chic way. In this instance, it’s a collaboration which sees them unveil an exclusive Bartender’s Travel Capsule Collection. And as they travel more than most, you can bet your booty, they’ve got the selection down pat.
Travel-friendly hoody? Check. Comfy-smart track pants in matching black? Check. And for those inevitable moments when the temperature on the plane goes from downright freezing to overheated in an instant, there’s a half-sleeved tee-shirt in pristine white. Travel style goals well and truly covered.
They’ve also included accessories which take in a wash bag for those essentials the airline usually provides when you turn left on the plane instead of right, and the must-have eye mask, to ensure that travelling bartenders arrive at their destination bright-eyed and guest shift ready. Oh, and did we mention the hardwearing, cabin-sized suitcase? The SIPS x Tayer + Elementary Bartender’s Travel Capsule Collection has that too.
The limited-edition collection, playfully co-branded with SIPS and Tayer + Elementary airline-inspired decals has been designed in association with Amaro Santoni, and to celebrate the launch, Alex and Simone will be behind the bar together again – hurrah!
So what’s the bad news, we hear you cry? Alas, the Caporale x Kratena shift will be for one night and night only.
