Let’s hear it for the incredible semi-finalists who gave it their all at the BACARDÍ Legacy finals on Tuesday. We witnessed eight wonderful presentations, heard eight heartfelt stories and tasted eight amazing drinks but only three could make it through to the next stage of the competition. Please be upstanding for Iain Griffiths from Dandelyan in London, Oliver Pluck from The East Village in Leeds and Santiago Michelis from Happiness Forgets in London, this year’s Three Most Promising.
It’s going to be a toughie but only one of them will go through to represent the UK in the Global Finals in San Francisco next year. Watch out for them over the next few months and give them your support as they pull out all the stops promoting their Legacy cocktails.
