Pink Gin
Ingredients:
45ml gin
2/3 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Lemon peel, to garnish
Method:
Stir the gin and bitters in a rocks glass filled with ice until chilled. Twist the lemon peels over the drink to express the oils and garnish.

Boulevardier
Ingredients:
37ml bourbon or rye whiskey
29.5ml Campari
29.5ml sweet vermouth
Orange twist, for garnish
Method:
Fill a mixing glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filed with fresh ice. Wipe the rim of the glass with the orange twist and add to glass.
