Cocktail for Mother’s Day

One of us is a mother in this relationship and we’re not talking about the kind that get rapped about if you know what we mean. This Mother’s Day, Ms S will be putting her feet up while her wonderful and dutifully trained daughter will be mixing up a few simple but elegant cocktails, like this one, the slighty spicey but very exotic Rusty Bellini…

Rusty Bellini

100ml Prosecco
15ml white peach purée
5ml lemon juice
15ml Drambuie

Method:
Pour ingredients into a mixing tin and stir well. Pour into a chilled champagne flute. Sit back (preferably with feet up whilst enjoying a big box of chocolates) and enjoy.
