
Two cocktail recipes for Easter: one chocolatey, one nice and fruity, both absolutely delish. Why not try them both?
Chocolate Symphony
50ml Drambuie 15
10ml Mozart Dry Chocolate spirit
Dash of Bathtub Bitters
Method:
Stir and strain ingredients into an Old-Fashioned glass over an ice ball. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Homemade Pimm’s
15ml Sipsmith Gin
15ml Grand Marnier
15ml Cherry Heering
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Cubed ice
1 raspberry
1 blackberry
1 strawberry
8 mint leaves
1 orange slice
1 lemon wedge
Sprig of mint
Method:
Mix the liquid ingredients together with cubed ice. Pour into hi-ball glass. Add the fruit and mint leaves, stir again and top with lemonade. Garnish with mint sprig.
