Winter Manhattan
2 dash orange bitters
50ml Red Stag by Jim Beam
15ml Sourz Apple
15ml Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Packed with notes of vanilla followed by black cherry, this cocktail is a twist on the Manhattan, said to have originated at the Manhattan Club in New York in the early 1870s. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir briskly for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Kentucky Cream
1 ½ shots Red Stag by Jim Beam
½ shot Bols Dark Cacao
10ml vanilla syrup
2 shots single cream

A decadent fusion of winter-warming ingredients, this is the ultimate of all nightcaps with which to round off an evening with friends and family. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice for 10 seconds, strain into glass filled with ice. Garnish with sprinkle of nutmeg
