13 & 27 August: Cocktail Master Classes at Fifth Floor Bar, Harvey Nichols
Spend two hours tasting and picking up tips on how to make the perfect cocktails, then getting behind the circular bar to make your own one. Stani Visciano makes sure the classes are informative, friendly and fun.

15 August: Multi-sensory Cocktail Emporium at the Worship Street Whistling Shop
A world first: two hours of cocktail drinking sensory overload focusing on the history of rum and rum drinking from the 17th century to today. Includes six rum expressions matched with food and accompanied by imagery, sounds and scents from each era.

17 August: Tiddlywink at Villain
New one-and-a-half hour mixology classes with UK Bartender Guild winner Bystrik Uko showing off how to make cocktails with Bulldog gin.

26 August: V&A Friday Lates
It’s Bombay Sapphire again, this time joining up with the V&A for the Summer Camp Friday Lates and serving summer cocktails infused with imagination in the John Madjeski Garden.
