Fancy two days in the Med, with the very best cocktails, ace food and cool tunes courtesy of a killer DJ from Pacha? Of course you do! And guess what? You don’t even need a passport. For two days only Gin Mare will be bringing the Mediterranean spirit (and hopefully, sunshine) to a number of cities with Med Rooftops, a fabulous initiative taking place in Madrid, Lisbon, New York and right here in London.
The London leg gets started on 7th July on a secret Knightsbridge rooftop – a fitting location for the cool Mediterranean vibes ahead. Escape from city life and dive into the tastes, textures, sounds and smells of Gin Mare (think lush, juicy olives olives, fresh herbs and the exquisite tastes of the sea).
On the menu: tip-top food from one of the best in the biz, Mark Hix; specially created Gin Mare cocktails such as The Perfect Martini with salt and strawberry and a nifty creation including a Champagne infusion, all masterminded by Stuart Bale. As for the music, well, DJ Jacob will be making it his business to make sure you forget you’re in SW1 and not in sunny Ibiza. Why would you want to be anywhere else?
Med Rooftops takes place 7th and 8th July at 30 Pavilion Road, London SW1X 0HJ. Rooftop open from 6:30pm till late.
