Classic Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients:
Brown sugar cube
7-8 dashes aromatic bitters
25ml chilled cognac
Champagne to top
Garnish with fresh orange peel
Method:
Chill glassware and ingredients. Soak sugar cube with aromatic bitters then add to the bottom of your Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with orange peel.
