It’s not every day that you get to sit down with industry legends like gaz regan and Philip Duff for a chat and cocktail or two. Recently we were lucky enough to do just that at the latest in our series of Cocktail Lovers Salons at Opium. Fresh from being inducted into the Gin Guild the night before they joined us, along with a specially invited audience, to talk about what inspires them in their cocktail creations.
Thanks to G’Vine Perspectives they also created two brand new serves to show how inspiring unconventional thinkers can be – gaz regan serving up The Black Cat in honour of Quenten Crisp, and Philip Duff the Gimlet a la Charente for Derren Brown.
Joining us for the afternoon were, amongst others, Peter Dorelli, Salvatore Calabrese, Gabriela Moncada, Monica Berg, Ago Perrone, Emma Stokes, Fabrice Limon, Simon Webster, Jesse Estes, Thomas Aske, Esther Medina-Cuesta, Rudi Carraro, Michael Vachon and Sarah Mitchell, along with G’Vine Master Distiller Jean Sebastien Robicquet and G’Vine Head of Brand Advocacy Jamie Walker.
