The idea is so simple, we don’t know why we’ve never heard of it before: a cool bar puts together a cool box packed with all the ingredients you need to make a few delicious drinks to enjoy in the sun. With the help of the step-by-step instructions you can mix up lychee and peach Martinis, a rum-based Lazy Berries cocktail, that summer staple, the Mojito and a Bellini, all for two to four people to share. The cool boxes can be ordered on the day for collection or delivery to nearby parks. Glasses, ice and fruit garnishes are all provided. An absolute bargain for £50.
