60ml Alsace Riesling
30ml pear brandy
15ml orange curacao
10ml honey syrup (1:1)
5 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Star anise, to garnish
Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with the star anise.
