17th November, Opium Cocktail & Dim Sum Parlour: an evening of tasting, talking and mixing with H by Hine cognac
Think of cognac and large brandy snifters, brown leather armchairs and contemplative moments may well spring to mind. All well and good. We though, think of an array of rather lovely mixed drinks like Sidecars and Champagne Cocktails, not to mention delicious bowls of punch. Which is fortunate for us as H by Hine is a cognac that has been created especially to enhance mixed drinks.
Join us around the Bartender’s Table at Opium Cocktail & Dim Sum Parlour on the 17th November when we’ll be hosting an intimate H by Hine evening. There will be welcome drinks, a tasting of H by Hine and a little bit of chat. As well as sharing a few recipes, you’ll get to try your hand at mixing a few drinks yourself, picking up tips and tricks for the upcoming party season. Most of all it’ll be about good company, great cognac and having fun.
