This time last week we were sipping Belvedere Vodka Martinis ahead of walking down the red carpet for the world premiere of Spectre – Mondays don’t get much better than that (sigh…) Oh well, we’ll give it a damned good try by mixing up these Belvedere Bond Martinis at home.
Belvedere Spectre 007 Martini
60ml Belvedere Vodka
10ml Dry vermouth
Sicilian green olive brine
Method:
Gently muddle olives in base of mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake hard with ice. Double strain into a chilled Martini glass.

10ml dry vermouth
Method:
Shaken, not stirred. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Belvedere Double O
20ml Belvedere Vodka
20ml French dry vermouth
20ml Italian sweet vermouth
Lemonade
Method:
Build in highball. Top with sparkling lemonade. Garnish with an olive and orange slice.
