In London, at Salvador and Amanda, watching my now very good friends mixing and serving, always with a smile on their faces.

Who’s the most inspiring person you’ve worked with and why?

You’ll never get bored if you go to visit them.

What’s your proudest moment as a bartender?

Every day when our guest leave happy and they promise to come back, then when they return and tell us what a fabulous time they had in our bar. That means we did our job correctly and we possibly excede expectations – that makes me proud.
