Celebrating Margarita Day at home

The Original Margarita
50ml Blanco Tequila
30ml Cointreau
20ml fresh lime juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a salt-rimmed coupette. Garnish with a lime slice.
Maestro Dobel Diamante Black Diamond
50 ml Maestro Dobel Diamante Tequila
15ml agave syrup
15ml fresh lime juice
Black salt
Method:
Rim an Old Fashioned glass with black salt. Combine ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in the salt-rimmed glass.

Cazabel Blanco Blue Margarita
40ml Cazabel Blanco Tequila
20ml Blue Curaçao
25ml lime juice
15ml agave syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into an ice-filled Rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of dried orange.
