The weather is set to take a bit of a dip over the next few days but don’t worry, we’re sure the sun will have its hat on again soon. When it does, get busy mixing up these three delicious Grey Goose cocktails – even those who turn their noses up at vodka will approve.
The Grenadine Goose
45ml Grey Goose L’Orange
10ml Punt e Mes
1 barspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
15ml grenadine syrup
2 dashes egg white
Method:
Add egg white to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard to emulsify the egg. Add other ingredients, shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
Pear & Mirabelle Julep
50ml Grey Goose La Poire
25ml Mirabelle purée
10ml fresh mint leaves
1 tsp runny honey
Method:
add mint leaves to a julep mug and bruise with the back of a spoon. Build and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and mint.
The Good Goose
45ml Grey Goose Le Citron
7.5ml ginger liqueur
75ml carrot juice
1 tsp agave nectar
1 dash cardamom bitters
Method:
Shake all ingredient over ice and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
