We can’t wait to learn more about the importance of photography in the modern drinks worlds, including top tips for taking better images from this top team. Max Warner is joined by ace photographer Addie Chinn, plus some of our industry faves Alex Kratena, Agostino Perrone, Alastair Burgess and Tara Garnell.
Nutmeg: The Seed That Spiced 1000 Sips
Did you know that nutmeg was once worth more than its weight in gold? It was also an essential ingredient in punch and played its part in classic drinks. Now it’s enjoying a renaissance which is where Charlotte, Voisey, Peter Vestinos, Jack McGarry and Davide Segat come in. They’ll be sharing their stories of this majestic spice as well as highlighting its incredible flavour in three drinks.
Talking Rot: Rancio, Scotch and MADness
Rancio is one of the enigmatic aromas in the spirits world. This class explores it and other elusive aromas through a tasting of cask samples, and ultra rare blends from The House of Walker. With whisky buffs Dave Broom, Ryan Chetiyawardana and Arielle Johnson.

Brooklyn Gin brings the vibe of its namesake New York borough to Bramble. Let’s face it Bramble already knows plenty about great drinks and good times but tonight it dials things up a notch. Expect old school hip-hop, street art, hot dogs and an exclusive performance from special guest DJ Jazzie B of Soul II Soul. The drinks will be equally impressive with a selection of Brooklyn Gin libations mixed up by Jan Warren of Dutch Kills, New York, and Bramble’s own Jon Hughes.

There’s more Monday night DJ action down the road at Panda & Son in an inspired Dynamic Duo with the Cocktail Trading Company and Bacardi. Epic cocktails are a given here but on the menu for night only will be killer tunes from a roster of industry DJs including Jake Burger, Ian Burrell and Ryan Chetiyawardana. There’s also a rumour that a certain female Cocktail Lover will be spinning a few of her favourites as well… Get there early to see if it’s true.
