50ml X Muse Scottish Barley Vodka
75ml soda water
Pink grapefruit and mint to garnish
Pour the first two ingredients over ice in Rocks glass. Top up with soda water and stir gently to combine. ‘Clap’ mint sprig in your hands to release the oils and aromas before placing on the inside of the glass with the pink grapefruit wedge.
