They say good things come in small packages
and as a rule, we’d say ya boo sucks to that. Be honest cocktail lovers, wouldn’t you prefer a large bottle of your favourite tipple rather than a pesky miniature?
Don’t get us wrong, teeny-weeny drinks have their place. Like when you’re trying out new recipes with unusal ingredients for instance, or for those occasions when you want to keep your cocktail kit to a minimum. That’s the reason why we’ve added The Bitter Truth Cocktail Bitters Traveler’s Set to our collection – we’d hate to get caught short without our essential cocktail seasonings while we’re on the move.
Nestling inside the 6″ x 3″ box are five small but mighty bottles containing Celery, Orange, Creole, Old Time Aromatic and Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters. To be honest, we’re not really sure how or when we’re going to use them all but one thing’s for sure, we’re gonna have a whole heap of fun trying. Besides, with the fabulous retro packaging, we couldn’t leave them behind. Yes, they’re small but in this case a little really does go a long, long way.
Other than the tried and tested Orange Bitters, we haven’t given them a go yet but if you have, please send us your recipes and let us know what you think.
