What we’re mixing:
Benny & Hot
Ingredients:
50ml Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
50ml hot water
Fresh lemon juice
Optional: lemon slice garnish
Method:
Add the Bénédictine to a heat-proof glass or mug, followed by the water just off the boil. Squeeze in a little lemon juice and stir. Garnish with lemon slice if using.
