Amorous Gin Fizz
50ml Hendricks Gin
25ml double cream
Dash of pasteurised egg white
12.5ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12.5ml freshly squeezed lime juice
12.5ml vanilla gomme
1 bar spoon rose water
A splash of ginger ale
Method
Pour all ingredients (except ginger ale) into a cocktail shaker over cubed ice. Shake vigorously for a couple of minutes. Single strain into a hi-ball glass and charge with ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
