Start with a tour of London’s second smallest museum – a lovingly recreated Victorian Gin Palace, complete with historical artefacts, vintage cocktail books and cabinets filled with all manner of the juniper spirit. Then it’s upstairs for a tutored tasting before getting down to the serious business of making your own gin.
