50ml Makers Mark Bourbon Whisky
5ml lemon juice
5ml Syrope de gomme (sugar)
10ml Luxardo Amaretto
Cut the mangosteen at the top end, scoop out the fruit and keep the shell. Pour the Amaretto and Galliano into the mangosteen shell. Muddle the fruit and pour the rest of the ingredients into a Boston Shaker. Shake vigorously and double-strain into a Martini glass and garnish with the mint leaf. Serve the cocktail together with the mangosteen shell sitting on an ice bowl accompanied by a coffee spoon.
