Georgie Bell from the Scotch Whisky Malt Society will be giving an informative talk and tasting on whisky production, Malcolm Spence will be discussing the development of the cocktail menu at The Blythswood and hand picked teams from around the north will be competing in the Scottish Brugal Rumble.
