We start by mixing an Earl Grey MarTEAni created by the great Audrey Saunders then open two bottles: the first is Casa Dragones Tequila Blanco founded by Bertha González Nieves in Mexico, followed by Nc’nean founded by Annabel Thomas in Scotland.

Earl Grey MarTEAni
Ingredients:
(For 2 cocktails)
Infuse one Earl Grey tea bag in 120ml London Dry Gin
50ml lemon juice
40ml simple syrup
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
