We’re looking forward to the opening of the Nightjar, a cool-as-you-like Speakeasy with live music coming to Hoxton. Serving an enticing menu of rare, revived and original cocktails inspired by the Golden Era, it promises to be a hit with discerning drinkers. Edmund Weil and Bar Manager Marian Beke have devised the 36-strong drinks list which includes this little beaut, the 24 Volt Cobbler.
Ingredients:
Handful of fresh cranberries
7.5ml maple syrup
12.5ml fresh lime juice
Dash of 24v electric bitters (made in-house from the mascerated flower of one of the world’s hottest chillis!)
12.5 ml Mozart white chocolate eau de vie infused with elderberries
10ml creme de mure Framboise Fraise
Nightjar secret recipe liqueur
60ml red wine.
Method:
Shake ingredients and strain into a wine goblet.
