Frozen Pornstar Martini
Ingredients:
20ml Passoã
40ml vodka
10ml passion fruit juice
15ml lime juice
20ml vanilla syrup
10ml water
½ passion fruit, to garnish
Method:
Combine all the ingredients with plenty of ice in a blender until slushy. Serve in a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a passion fruit half.
Passoã Spritz
Ingredients:
2 parts Passoã
3 parts Prosecco
1 part soda water
Method:
Add all ingredients to glass filled with ice. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of lime.
Passoã Sangria
Ingredients:
1 part Passoã
2 parts rosé wine
Fresh oranges
Mixed berries
Method:
Add the Passoã, rosé wine, oranges and berries to a large jug filled with plenty of ice. Stir and pour into large glasses filled with fresh ice.
