Win tickets to Goodwood Revival

We’ve had Speed, we’ve had Glorious, now it’s time to dig deep into the dressing-up box for Revival. Yes folks, we’re talking Goodwood, one of the most prestigious sporting locations in the world.

This weekend it’s all about the glamour of the bygone era with the hugely anticipated Goodwood Revival. That means as well as some of the shiniest, most sexy cars from the 1940s to 1960s, a replica Revival High Street, first-class entertainment and tip-top cocktails from Johnnie Walker in the Walker Racing Bar, you’ll get a chance to dress up in your finest vintage gear.

We have two tickets for Friday 16th (including train tickets from Victoria) to give away to one lucky cocktail lover. All you have to do is sign up to our newsletter and we’ll contact the winner tomorrow afternoon.

Here are a few of the cocktails for you to enjoy at home:

Red Rose

25mls Johnnie Walker Red Label
Fentimans Rose Lemonade
2 strawberries
1 lemon wedge

Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the Red Label. Top with the lemonade, drop in a strawberry and stir. Garnish with a pinch of chopped strawberry and a lemon wedge.

Cream of the Crop

25mls Johnnie Walker Black Label
Cream soda

Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the Black Label. Top with cream soda and garnish with an orange wedge.

Stirling Collins

25mls Johnnie Walker Black Label
25mls lemon juice
10mls gomme
25mls rhubarb and apple juice
Soda
1 lemon wedge
1 sprig of mint

Method:
Shake the Black Label, lemon juice and gomme with the rhubarb and apple juice and pour into a tall glass. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.

Johnnie Walker Buck

25mls Johnnie Walker Red Label
Top with ginger ale
2 lime wedges

Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the Red Label. Top with ginger ale and a squeeze of lime, using the lime wedges as a garnish.
